Our small-group, personal-training offerings come in two packages - Fran or Murph.

To get you off to a great start, our 4 week Intro Package allows you to meet our coaches and small community; experience our focused, effective approach; and get into the swing of things.

INTRO

  • Up to FOUR sessions a week:

    • Two semi-private CrossFit classes

    • Two free group conditioning classes

  • Max 5 people per class

  • Tailored programming, modifications and adjustments to suit your fitness level and physical needs

  • Fitness assessment baseline (follow on assessment after 3 months)

  • 1:1 coach goals setting

  • Access to tracking app

  • Access to closed community Facebook group

  • No joining fee

FRAN

  • Up to FOUR sessions a week:

    • Two semi-private CrossFit classes

    • Two free group conditioning classes

  • Max 5 people per class

  • Two-monthly 1:1 coach check ins

  • Tailored programming, modifications and adjustments to suit your fitness journey and physical needs

  • Quarterly seminars (nutrition, fitness, lifestyle, etc)

  • FitBox app access

  • Member events

  • Access to closed community Facebook group

  • No joining fee

MURPH

  • Up to FIVE sessions a week:

    • Three semi-private CrossFit classes

    • Two free group conditioning classes

  • Max 5 people per class

  • Two-monthly 1:1 coach check ins

  • Tailored programming, modifications and adjustments to suit your fitness journey and physical needs

  • Quarterly seminars (nutrition, fitness, lifestyle, etc)
