Class Overview

At CrossFit Atalan, we acknowledge the invaluable role personal training can have on your fitness journey. Our semi-private, small group format makes the benefits of personal training more affordable and accessible. Your like-minded classmates will bring energy and comraderie. CrossFit is the cornerstone of our offering - with group BURN, Smash and Benchmark classes as added benefits for all members.

A mix of group, partner and individual metcon-style workouts to kick start the weekend. (Often followed by breakfast at a local cafe)

Wednesday 6:45pm

Group high intensity interval training
